Pre-Production - Risk Assessments

These risk assessments are helping to identify what could potentially go wrong when shooting. This way, me and anyone I'm working with will be aware of potential hazards and ensure we carry out safe practice when filming. In identifying these hazards, I can also lower the risk of an accident occurring because of them. A lot of them are now trivial or low risk meaning that it is unlikely an incident will happen during these visits.

Research - Level 3 Technical Codes

So, I have decided to research into technical codes, because it helps me grasp a better understanding of technical skill. By researching into different shot angles I am also developing my understanding of cinematography. Technical Codes CAMERA TERMINOLOGY Birds Eye View shot – a shot taken directly from above something, looking down on it (as though the camera was a bird flying over the scene). Canted Angle – A shot which is tilted to one side.  This is often used to create a feeling of disorientation, anxiety or chaos. Research - My Audience Research and Audience Profile

  My Audience Psychographics, Demographics and Social Grade Psychographics : My audience is most likely to mixture of mainstreamers and suceeders. This is because these are the types of people who are most likely to watch my product. Suceeders who want to create content, and mainstreamers who are interested in Sunderland and what's going on. The creators may be influenced by what I make and may feel inspired to make their own documentary. A lot of creators like to be unique so learning about what content creation is like in their local area may help them to integrate their local identity into their creations. I think the realistic educational feel will appeal to mainstreamers because I think they will be interested to learn about content creation in the local area.
